The DZ Bank In Germany, Cash Withdrawals

Cash Withdrawals
There are many benefits of using cash to withdraw money from an ATM. The process is quick and easy, which is perfect for people who want to avoid the hassle of waiting in line at the bank. As well as being faster, withdrawing money from an ATM can save you a lot of time. For example, if you are running late for work, but need cash before leaving home, withdrawing it from an ATM means you don’t have to waste any time driving to the bank.

Extra Feature

Tracking Your Spending
Did you know that your bank is watching what you do with your money? It’s true! DZ Bank is now tracking their customers’ spending habits, which will allow the bank to figure out if they can offer better interest rates on loans. To track customer spending, the bank collects data from online purchases, in-store purchases, and even cash withdrawals. With this information, DZ Bank will be able to see what each customer spends their money on most often.

Cash Withdrawal Fees
Earlier this month, Deutsche Bank charged $1.00 for cash withdrawals from non-customers. This fee is not only a hassle for customers and non-customers but it also leaves an impression on the public that Deutsche Bank is greedy and desperate. The bank claimed that the fees would go towards “improving customer service” and “the quality of its digital offerings”.

Card Replacement Fees
Many DZ Bank customers will have to use their Visa card for purchases. This is because they just increased the card replacement fee by 150%. The new policy went into effect on June 13th and now charges €50 to replace a lost or stolen card, an increase from the previous €25 fee. Customers who want to apply for a second Visa will be charged €150, up from €100 previously.
